I fell in love with these simple bangles as a child and would collect the cheap ones from shops whenever I could. Much to my mothers dismay at the time, I ended up with over 30 of them on my wrist, but I so loved the sound they made as they jangled together.

Many years later I am now able to make them from 2mm wide sterling silver, but I still have the same obsession with them, although I don’t have quite so many, not at the moment anyway.

The hammered texture of this bangle, for me resembles the ripples and movement of the sea and looks great on its own or combined with my sparkle texture, or wavy bangle.
